A nice short video explaining combos, cross-profession combos and skill combinations in guild wars 2 and what they’re all about and how you can use them at your advantage! Thanks to Haasth22 over at youtube for this great video.
Great video that explains everything you need to know when it comes to the economy of the Guild Wars 2. The economy is a bit different form other MMOs considering the game is free-to play and has a in-game shop where you can buy gems for real money. If you’re serious about playing gw2 you need to learn how the economy work and this video is just superb when it comes to explaining that. Well worth the watch. All creds for the video goes to SoundStrategyNetwork over at Youtube.
You fight against two other servers in a given period. I think it is 2 weeks but I hear that it should be in one / a few days in the first period. When the predetermined time has passed so all ranked servers and you get two new opponents. In this way the resistance will then be smoothed over time.
There are a total of four maps, three of them are border areas (looks the same) and a central map called Eternal Battle Ground. It uses various siege equipment to take towers, forts and resource camps of the enemy. Each server also controls an Orb of Power and they can steal from each other and to the Altar of Power, which you yourself possess. Each Orb gives 5% max HP.
The objects on the maps are worth a certain number of points added to your server’s total score each 5 minutes.
- Supply Camps – 5 Points/ 6 on each map
Towers – 10 Points/
Keeps – 25 Points/ 3 on each map
Stonemist Castle – 50 Points/ one in Eternal Battlegrounds.
Who will be the best server in Guild Wars 2?
Here are a list of all the minature/mini-pets of guild wars 2, I think it’s up to date, but the list is getting bigger and bigger for each day that passes so I’m guessing the list isn’t 100% accurate.
Modniir Ice Sage
Seraph Heavy Guard
Shaman of Jormag
Dredge Mining Suit
High Inquisitor Maut
Mark I Assault Golem
Big Nosed Ted
River Drake Broodmother
Yaotl the Fierce
BogOtter over at youtube discuss the ArenaNet’s decisions when it comes to the server structures. And then he talks about the upcoming stress test in Guild Wars 2. I always enjoy BogOtters videos, they’re just filled with awesome nerdiness! 😀
Yeah sure it’s been a long time since ArenaNet released this trailer but I’m just in love with this video. Almost as much as I am in love with the game, lol 😀
